Being a leader is more than fitting in, the image, the speaking’s.. it’s about showing up for the team, supporting them, bringing the best in them… and the best leaders they lead with love..
"What’s one insight you’ve had about your own leadership lately?" I feel as though God is leading me into more of a leadership role in society. It reminds me of the quote, "Lead, follow, or get out of the way." Years ago, I would never have thought I could be a leader. My mind was made up; I was a follower. It's kind of funny when I think about it now. You don't have to lead a team. You need to listen to the Holy Spirit and lead with love.
There is a little-known truth: everyone has the ability to be a leader in some way. Society needs leaders to step up, even if it's in small ways.
I believe that God is encouraging us to take action because He knows we need a voice like yours.
Remember, a shepherd is a leader; they help keep the sheep safe and guide them from one feeding location to another.
We can all be shepherds, just like Jesus, who listens to all and leads with love.🕊️
My answer to your question, "What’s one insight you’ve had about your own leadership lately?" I have come to understand that great leaders often don’t realize they are leading.
So, I am doing my best to embody that kind of leadership by working collaboratively with everyone, rather than assuming a dominant role. These gentle actions are key to fostering a positive environment. Kind of like Jesus.
I thought about it when I was replying to you. I’d say that my greatest insight right now is that my leadership skills are blossoming. By the way, I love your reply.
We are all leaders, often mistaken people think leading must be with big crowds or a position, but we are leaders in our home, our community, our neighborhood etc… there are different types as Machiavelli wrote in his book called prince

I love the idea of checking in to ground yourself before making any decisions. Thanks for sharing that!
It is so easy to get caught up in the hype. We often make poor decisions during those times. Taking a brief pause is the best way to avoid mistakes.
A love that insight, either easy or hard decisions we should ground yourselves before making the decisions 🙏🏻
A single whisper is faint, but millions banding together can roar loudly enough to topple a kakistocracy and demand The Clean New Deal
